Shipping policy

At The Nodes, we take great care in packaging and shipping your plants to ensure they arrive healthy and beautiful. Below is our shipping policy to provide clarity on how we process, pack, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. This includes order verification, quality control checks, and packaging.

Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

 

- Standard Shipping: Typically 5-7 business days for delivery. This is the most cost-effective option.

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days for delivery. This option is available for an additional fee.

- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days for delivery. Available for an extra charge, based on your location.

 

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other unexpected factors.

 

 3. Shipping Fees

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and plant size of your order and your delivery location.

 

4. Packaging

- All plants are carefully packed in protective materials to ensure safe delivery. We use eco-friendly packaging, when possible, to minimize waste.

- Larger plants may be shipped in separate boxes to prevent damage during transit.

- During cold weather under 40 F, the customer needs to purchase heat pack and/or thermal insulation to prevent damage to the plants. The heat pack and thermal insulation can be found in the catalogue.

 

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States only

 

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.

 

7. Order Cancellations & Changes

- Orders can be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, we may not be able to make changes to the order.

- If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at Thenodes1@gmail.com.

 

8. Delays & Lost Packages

While we strive to meet all delivery times, sometimes delays can occur due to weather, high shipping volumes, or other factors. In the rare case your package is lost or delayed, please contact our customer service team at Thenodes1@gmail.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

 

9. Damaged or Missing Items

- If your plants arrive damaged or there are any issues with your order, you must provide photos or videos of the damage and keep the original packaging and box for return. These must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your package in order for us to process a claim. Failure to provide this documentation or retain the packaging may delay or void the resolution of the issue. Please send the photos/videos to thenodes1@gmail.com.

- We are happy to issue a refund or send a replacement for damaged items, depending on the circumstances.

 

10. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of live plants, we generally do not accept returns. However, we stand by the quality of our products. If your plant arrives in less-than-ideal condition, please contact us immediately, and we will work to make it right.
