The plant's leaves are typically lance-shaped with a smooth texture, and the variegation can be irregular, often creating a stunning contrast against the deep green background. Like other Monstera species, Monstera standleyana 'Albo' thrives in bright, indirect light and prefers warm temperatures and high humidity. It grows best in well-draining, airy soil and requires careful watering to avoid root rot.
