2. Watering: Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil feel dry to the touch. Be careful not to overwater, as the plant is susceptible to root rot in soggy soil. Ensure the pot has good drainage to allow excess water to escape. In the winter, when the plant's growth slows down, reduce watering.
